Transaction Coordinator Temporary, Possible Temp-To-Hire
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on experience Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM We are seeking a highly organized, service-driven Client Services Coordinator to act as the vital link between our lead listing agent, clients, and cooperating agents. This role is focused on delivering exceptional communication and care to our sellers throughout the listing process, while ensuring seamless coordination across our team. Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for sellers once a listing is on the market Communicate with both in-house and external agents regarding listing activity Proactively follow up with agents who have shown our listings to gather feedback Analyze showing feedback and identify opportunities to strengthen positioning or secure offers Provide detailed weekly and monthly reports to the lead listing agent and clients (both written and verbal) Review listing files and documents for accuracy and compliance, in collaboration with the Listing Coordinator Manage lease property paperwork and applications Answer incoming calls as the first line of communication for the group, ensuring a warm and professional client experience One weekend per month to be on call is required Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-based environment Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Professional phone presence and outstanding phone etiquette Excellent organizational and time management skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment without compromising quality Proficiency with basic computer programs (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, CRM tools, etc.) Prior experience in real estate or client-facing roles is a plus
