Coordinator, INTL License Account Management
This role will be hybrid, based in our New York Design Office. What You'll Do: Compile weekly and monthly data, sales performance metrics, and trend analysis across multiple accounts and partners. Prepare concise reports and dashboards to support the Account Management team's strategic decision-making and forecasting efforts. Provide support in data gathering and outlining of key actions during Hindsight / Strategy prep. Market Week Support: external partner support, key meeting management and store visits. Maintain and evolve key data summaries: Monthly Fleet List, Annual Country Matrix. Liaise across internal cross-functional teams on partner inquiries. Support the development of long-term plans by assisting in the implementation of new store development, digital site/marketplace development, or other emerging channel opportunities as required. Manage and communicate assortment updates to wholesale accounts and align with Sr Account Manager on recommended actions in order to protect business and minimize fall out as discussed. Liaise with internal teams on ATS stock availability in order to capitalize on in-season upside sales to License / Wholesale Accounts. Manage and follow up from request through final inventory transfers. Assist in maintaining accurate partner profiles, system requirements, and operational guidelines within internal databases to ensure compliance and smooth transactions Schedule key meetings, prepare agendas, take detailed notes, and distribute action items following internal and external account meetings. Assist the Account Management team in the initial operational setup and data collection for newly identified business development opportunities. Other duties as needed. What You Bring: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Merchandising, or a related field preferred. 1-3 years of experience in Account Support, Wholesale, Sales Operations, or retail back-office/logistics is preferred; international product/brand experience is preferred. Familiarity with NuOrder, Bamboo Rose, Google Suite, Account specific retail portals, and other data systems is preferred. Intermediate to advance skill level in Excel / Google sheets is required to be successful. Familiarity with data-mining tools, e.g. Cognos, Essbase, Tableau for standardized and ad-hoc analysis. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a comfort level speaking and corresponding with account teams across a wide span of levels from analysts to CEO. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes. Ability to work outside of standard U.S. business hours is required.
