About the Role

The Company is in search of a Head of Sales to lead and expand its presence in the kitchen and bathroom cabinetry industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with the existing sales team, providing regular coaching, and conducting hands-on training to enhance their skills and performance. This role also involves fostering a positive workplace culture, managing under-performance issues, and holding accountability discussions. The Head of Sales will be tasked with developing and monitoring KPIs, running lead management processes, and ensuring that the sales team is meeting set goals.

Applicants must have a strong background in the cabinetry industry, with a focus on high-level sales of kitchen and bathroom cabinetry. A minimum of 10 years of experience, including 4-5 years in sales team management, is required. The role demands a results-driven individual with the ability to grow the team in both new business development and organic growth. Strong expertise in pipeline management, budgeting, and a customer service-oriented approach with excellent interpersonal skills are essential. A 4-year college degree is also a minimum requirement for this position. The Head of Sales will be expected to travel as needed and will be compensated with a competitive base salary and performance-based bonus.
