High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, or order management Experience in distribution or supply chain environments is a plus Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and business systems Experience with data analysis and reporting preferred Key Responsibilities: Manage customer inquiries, order processing, and dispute resolution Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders Communicate across multiple channels including phone, email, and web-based platforms Support the sales team by providing quotes, pricing feedback, and proposals Monitor and manage open orders to improve fill rates and customer satisfaction Perform root-cause analysis to resolve issues efficiently Assist with data analysis, reporting, and process improvements Contribute to customer service initiatives and growth projects More Than Just a Paycheck.
