We are currently seeking a motivated BDC Representative who is a strong communicator, a team player, and looking to grow within a fast-paced dealership environment. Responsibilities
Respond to incoming internet leads, phone calls, and text inquiries Schedule and confirm sales appointments Conduct outbound follow-up with prospective customers Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM Communicate effectively with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience Meet daily and monthly activity and appointment goals Qualifications
Previous customer service, call center, or automotive experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to handle a high volume of calls and follow-ups Professional demeanor and strong work ethic Team-oriented mindset Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems Compensation
