Extensive problem-solving, order processing, and helping to manage customer accounts Provide proactive sales support by developing close relationships with customers Schedule service and delivery orders Coordinate schedules with the service/operations team Contact customers for purposes of scheduling additional services or offering maintenance plans Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation Qualifications
High school diploma or GED Minimum of two years of customer service experience required Strong time management and project management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook) Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
