Customer Experience Representative
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Customer Experience Representative to support our operations through high-volume order entry and quote processing. This role is responsible for converting customer emails, quotes, and purchase orders into our ERP system (Sage) while providing clear and timely email communication back to customers. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple systems at once, and takes pride in accuracy and accountability. Responsibilities
Receive customer orders and quote requests via email and accurately enter them into the ERP system (Sage). Convert emails, quotes, and purchase orders into complete and compliant ERP transactions. Communicate with customers via email to confirm order details, pricing, availability, and next steps. Maintain accuracy while processing a high volume of orders and quotes daily. Navigate and multitask across multiple internal systems simultaneously. Utilize Microsoft Office tools, primarily Outlook, for daily communication and workflow management. Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and follow-ups. Partner with internal teams (sales, operations, and supply chain) as needed to resolve order-related issues. Maintain strong attention to detail and data integrity in all transactions. Qualifications
Previous experience in high-volume customer service, order entry, quote entry, or similar administrative support role. Strong written and professional email communication skills. Proven ability to multitask effectively across multiple systems and screens. Experience using ERP systems; Sage experience is a strong plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook. High level of accountability, reliability, and work ethic. Ability to work fully onsite Monday through Friday. Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environments. Familiarity with order-to-cash or quote-to-order processes. Comfort working in a fast-paced, detail-driven setting. Work Environment
This is a fully onsite role from Monday through Friday. The position offers a structured training period of approximately 3 weeks to familiarize you with systems and processes. The work environment is collaborative and process-driven, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and customer experience. Initial training hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM, and post-training, there is some flexibility with working hours (7 AM to 4 PM or 9 AM to 6 PM). Job Type & Location
