Oracle Fusion RMCS (Revenue Management) Consultant Sunnyvale CA Onsite Role
Skills:- We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion Revenue Management (RMCS) Consultant with proven experience implementing RMCS for Hi-Tech Manufacturing clients. The ideal candidate will bring strong functional expertise in ASC 606 revenue recognition, combined with hands-on experience in process design, requirements gathering, and system configuration within Oracle Fusion.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process Design & Transformation
• Lead end-to-end revenue recognition process design aligned with ASC 606 standards
• Translate business requirements into RMCS functional designs and solution architecture
• Define contract identification, performance obligations, SSP allocation, and revenue scheduling logic
2. Requirements & Documentation
• Conduct workshops with Finance and business stakeholders
• Develop Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and Functional Design Documents (FDD)
• Map upstream/downstream integrations (Order Management, Subscription, Projects, Billing)
3. Oracle RMCS Configuration
• Configure Oracle Fusion RMCS including revenue contracts, SSP setups, scheduling and allocation rules
• Support data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), and go-live activities
4. Stakeholder Engagement
• Work closely with CFO/CAO organizations and Finance teams
• Provide executive-level communication and status updates
• Drive alignment between business, IT, and system integrators
Required Qualifications:
• 1-2 full-cycle implementations of Oracle Fusion RMCS
• Strong knowledge of ASC 606 / IFRS 15
• Understanding of Order-to-Cash lifecycle
• Hands-on RMCS configuration experience
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Big4 or Tier-1 consulting experience
• Exposure to Oracle Fusion Financials ecosystem
• Experience in data migration and audit compliance
• Knowledge of automation / AI in revenue accounting (nice to have)
Key Success Metrics:
• Accurate ASC 606 implementation
• Timely delivery of milestones
• Stakeholder satisfaction
• Seamless integration across O2C and R2R processes
Compensation: $80.00 - $100.00 per hour
