Position
A private wealth team within Rockefeller Global Family Office is seeking an experienced Senior Client Associate to serve as a trusted operational and administrative partner to the advisory team. This role is best suited for a seasoned professional who excels at execution, values precision, and takes pride in delivering a high-touch client experience. The position is firmly Client Associate-focused, with responsibilities centered on operations, administration, and client service. In addition, the role includes select portfolio, trading, and analytical support under advisor direction, which is ideal for someone who enjoys understanding how portfolios work and who has a desire to contribute beyond pure processing, while remaining grounded in operational excellence. This is a role for a highly reliable, detail-oriented professional who enjoys being the person others depend on to keep the practice running smoothly.
Responsibilities
Client Operations & Administrative Execution Execute all day-to-day operational activities including account opening, account maintenance, cashiering (wires, journals, checks), documentation review, and custodial coordination with a high degree of accuracy and urgency. Serve as a primary operational point of contact for clients, ensuring consistently high-touch, responsive service experience aligned with the Rockefeller Global Family Office model. Manage client onboarding and account transitions, coordinating closely with internal Operations, Compliance, and Technology teams. Maintain CRM systems, digital client access, client records, and reporting accuracy. Prepare and process service requests, follow-ups, and ongoing account administration with strong attention to detail and deadlines. Portfolio, Trading & Analytical Support
Provide trade entry and cash management support under advisor direction, including coordination and reconciliation of account activity. Assist in the preparation of client reports, performance summaries, and meeting materials for client reviews. Develop a working understanding of client portfolios, account structures, and investment strategies to anticipate operational needs. Support advisors with ad hoc analysis and special projects related to client portfolios or planning initiatives, as needed. Qualifications
10+ years of experience in a Client Associate, Operations Associate, Analyst, or similar role within wealth management, RIA, private bank, or family office environments Series 7 & 66 licenses required Experience supporting high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients is preferred Bachelor's degree, with a business/finance focus preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Skills
Exceptionally detail-oriented, organized, and process-driven, with a strong operational foundation Service-minded professional who enjoys supporting clients and advisors in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working with Excel, reports, and data in support of client deliverables Strong communicator with a calm, professional demeanor Flexible and team-oriented, willing to step in where needed and adapt as priorities shift
