Position Summary The Junior Graphic Designer supports the Graphics and Marketing teams across a range of production-focused projects, with an emphasis on image cleanup, asset preparation, and maintaining visual consistency. This role works closely with Graphics, Photography, Marketing, and cross‑functional teams to ensure all visual assets are accurate, production‑ready, and delivered on schedule. Key Responsibilities Production & Image Support Execute high-volume image editing and cleanup, including background removal, color correction, retouching, and file formatting. Prepare production-ready assets for web, print, packaging, and internal use. Ensure consistency and accuracy across all visual deliverables. Asset Management & Organization Maintain organized libraries of product images, templates, and design files. Update and manage existing assets to reflect product or branding changes. Follow file naming conventions and version control best practices. Packaging & Label Support Assist in the production and revision of packaging files and product labels. Implement updates to existing layouts with a high level of precision. Prepare final files according to print and production specifications. Marketing & Content Support Support creation of marketing materials such as product graphics, sell sheets, and digital assets. Assist with resizing and adapting designs for various platforms and formats. Collaborate with team members to fulfill content requests efficiently. Quality Control & Process Support Review work for accuracy, alignment, and adherence to brand standards. Follow established workflows and contribute to improving production processes. Manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Creative Contribution (Secondary Focus) Provide input on layout and design improvements when appropriate.
