Senior Manager, Offsite Ads Supply
PayPal Ads is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Offsite Ads Supply to drive growth in its expanding Ads business. In this role, you will be at the forefront of curating 3rd party supply across web, mobile and CTV through strategic partnerships with Platforms and Publishers. Your expertise will play a crucial role in connecting advertisers with optimal supply and directly contribute to the scale and performance of PayPal's Storefront Ads offering.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Design and define the portfolio strategy for an identified country, supporting the execution of local product priorities, and analyzing and interpreting product performance.
- Implement hands-on execution coordination of local and global cross functional initiatives.
- Manage process escalations to remove obstacles for the strategy execution while proposing and supporting change implementation to strategy
- Collaborate and define priorities based on global commercial product strategy
- Research new opportunities and establish and negotiate new partnerships
- Engage with ongoing partners regularly, improving relationships and operational efficiencies
- Direct, set, and define customized market/regional specific product and technology strategies
- Manage stakeholder relationships and oversee the delivery of key product and platform infrastructures
- Set strategic direction and roadmap to enhance product experience and business metrics
Minimum Qualifications:
- 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Executing a strategic roadmap for building and managing partnerships with key Platforms and Publishers to enhance advertising supply.
- Maintaining and growing unique relationships that introduce efficient, prioritized supply access while ensuring preferred pricing models.
- Onboarding, troubleshooting, and optimizing direct publisher deals in collaboration with internal, technology partner, and publisher teams.
- Analyzing market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for unique capabilities in supply curation.
- Establishing a supply analytics practice - highlighting reach and performance of publisher deals.
- Supporting the negotiating of contracts and agreements to optimize supply terms and conditions in favor of the organization and its partners.
- Collaborating seamlessly with Legal, Privacy, Product, AdOps, Sales, Marketing, and other key teams.
- Implementing process improvements to enhance partnership effectiveness.
- Contributing to the development of broader PayPal partnership strategies.
