Podcast Producer—VIVA Creative (Full-Time, On-Site) VIVA Creative is looking for a Podcast Producer to join our team full-time at our high-energy production studios. You'll produce compelling podcast content from concept through delivery—and work alongside our expert creative team on long-form and short-form content that reaches audiences worldwide. You're genuinely curious about people—all kinds of people—and that curiosity comes through in the content you produce. You move fast, think on your feet, and find a way to make things happen even when the playbook doesn't exist yet. You're creative, resourceful, and efficient. You bring a friendly, can-do energy that makes guests feel at ease and makes your teammates want to collaborate with you. What You'll Do Produce podcasts end-to-end: research, guest coordination, pre-production, recording sessions, and post-production oversight. Develop episode concepts and story angles that connect with audiences. Produce additional long-form and short-form content with the VIVA Creative team across our studio spaces. Keep productions running on time and on budget. Build and maintain relationships with guests, collaborators, and partners.
