Service Writers Manager

We are looking for qualified service writers managers for immediate hiring with top pay and a generous incentive plan. Depending on experience, we offer $22 to $35 an hour plus the potential to earn $100,000+/year with an unlimited incentive plan. At BST GUYS, we are dedicated to providing quality services to customer vehicles in the areas of inspection, diagnosis, and repair utilizing the expertise attained through ASE Certifications and/or years of automotive repair experience.

We are looking for automotive service managers to manage and direct all service department activities of a retail store engaged in selling tires and related automotive parts and mechanical services. This position is a store manager developmental role. BST GUYS is committed to training our associates and promoting from within the organization.

Responsibilities

As an automotive service writer, you will manage and direct all automotive and general service technicians in the operation of the shop, including:

• Delivering exceptional customer service while listening and consulting customers
• Following up with customers, services requested, estimated completion times, etc.
• Overseeing complete vehicle inspections and then making comprehensive recommendationsbuilding computerized repair orders and sourcing parts
• Delivering and discussing pricing estimates with customers as well as promoting shop service specials
• Leading, managing, and training the team while keeping in tune with our company's vision, purpose, core values, and employee creed
• Supervising up to ten employees
• Overseeing technicians' inspections, diagnosing, and repairing of domestic, European, and Asian cars and light trucks
• Maintaining inventory counts
• Ensuring overall cleanliness and organization of the facility
• Other duties as assigned

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
