Production Coordinator – Flipper’s Roller Boogie Palace (Los Angeles, On-Site)
Flipper’s Roller Boogie Palace (FRBP) is hiring a Production Coordinator to support apparel production between our design team and factories. This is a full-time contract role with the opportunity to convert to full-time with benefits. Looking for a collaborative operator who gets sh*t done. Immediate start preferred.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate between design team and factories (domestic + overseas)
- Manage production timelines, approvals, and deliverables
- Maintain WIP reports and time-and-action calendars
- Track tech packs, specs, revisions, and files
- Support product development from proto/SMS through bulk production
- Partner cross-functionally with design, merchandising, and vendors
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and on-time delivery
- Maintain product margins across SKUs; negotiate with factories as needed
What You Bring
- Experience in apparel production (streetwear a plus)
- Strong understanding of the production lifecycle
- Highly organized with strong follow-through
- ERP/PLM experience preferred (Full Circle a plus)
- Ability to read and build Adobe Illustrator tech packs
- Comfortable working on-site in Los Angeles and visiting vendors

Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
