Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Mooresville, NC, for an Export Account Manager. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of customer accounts, including managing export and shipping processes, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring the accurate handling of documentation. Additional responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, facilitating communication between clients and carriers, and overseeing the end-to-end logistics of cargo shipments.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Account Management and Customer Service to ensure client satisfaction and effective communication.
• Proficiency in Export operations, including logistics and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail in handling documentation and processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with diverse stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
