We're looking for a licensed, residential Real Estate Broker in Massachusetts to support our growth in the Boston area. This 1099 leadership opportunity is ideal for a broker who enjoys recruiting agents, mentoring, and staying active in production.
What You’ll Do
Support agent success and day-to-day business growth.
Review contracts, listings, and brokerage documents.
Ensure compliance and continuing education standards.
Handle escalated agent and transaction issues.
Actively sell real estate (Highly encouraged!).
Compensation
