What You’ll Do Under the direction of the Property Manager, this role assists in maintaining compliance and the successful day‑to‑day operations in all aspects of property management. Regular communication with residents ensures on‑time rent payment and adherence to lease agreements.
Your Day‑to‑Day May Include
Maintain the highest level of customer service and online presence to achieve satisfactory scores on resident surveys and reviews.
Understand and explain policies related to screening qualifications, application criteria, lease paperwork, rent collection, and move‑in/move‑out procedures to existing and prospective residents.
Review resident files and accounting records to determine unpaid or late fees, communicate with residents regarding outstanding balances, implement collection procedures, and enforce lease terms.
Tour the community, amenities, and vacant apartments with prospects and possess current knowledge of apartment specifications, vacancies, notices, and rental rates.
Requirements What You Bring
Minimum of 1‑2 years onsite as a Leasing Consultant.
Competence in personal computer skills, keyboard, internet search, math, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Thorough understanding and application of Fair Housing laws.
