Order Fulfillment Lead (Hybrid)
This is a hybrid role. But it is sometimes required to work onsite. Serves as primary point of contact for and liaison for Sales & Aftermarket, supply chain and manufacturing. Collaborate with Supply Chain and Manufacturing to establish schedules and plans that allocate available resources to best client customer needs. Coordinate and support global standardization, including KPIs, SOPs, and planning tools, etc. working with the regions to drive performance improvements and implement scalable business processes Tight relationship with Black Belt Team to expand Continuous Improvement projects Create and drive continuous improvement of world-class demand management Business system excellence, (SAP / QAD) Coordinate with stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve workflow bottlenecks, assist in the resolution of key supply/demand and service issues Notify Planning and Manufacturing teams of significant forecast or capacity changes in a timely basis Assist with the coordination, facilitation, and documentation of regularly scheduled planning meetings Monitor the demand plan performance throughout the month to provide detailed input to Sales, Operations, Finance and Supply Chain. High School Diploma or Equivalent is required. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is highly desirable. Good understanding of Sales, Service, Manufacturing, Supply chain and data support systems. Must have good communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Logical, measured and process driven individual with strong decision making and problem-solving skills. Advanced Excel skills and data analysis, and experience producing KPI reports.
