Answer questions and guide clients through next steps

Support clients through onboarding and ongoing communication

Maintain simple digital records and documentation

Ensure a professional, client-first experience

Participate in training, mentorship, and leadership development

What You’ll Need

Experience in client service, consulting, or customer-facing roles preferred
