LEASING PROFESSIONAL JOB SUMMARY
As a Leasing Professional/Community Assistant, you’ll build relationships with potential residents and showcase why our property is the perfect place to call home. This role is ideal for someone outgoing, confident, and self‑motivated to lease our modern, fully furnished apartments. You’ll be part of a growth‑oriented company that values career development, with opportunities for advancement as we expand. As the face of Park7 and the first point of contact for prospective residents, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping a vibrant, welcoming community.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Resident Engagement: Greet residents, prospective residents, and vendors, creating a welcoming environment.
Leasing & Marketing Support: Show apartments to potential residents, guide them through the application process, and assist in achieving occupancy goals.
Property Management: Support the Property Manager in maximizing rental income, minimizing expenses, and maintaining high resident satisfaction.
Administrative Duties: Prepare move‑in/move‑out paperwork, log and track work orders, manage resident files, and handle general office tasks.
Rent Collection: Assist in collecting rent payments under the supervision of the Property Manager.
Resident Events & Communications: Help organize social events and distribute resident notices or newsletters to foster community connections.
Property Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections of the model units, common areas, and grounds to maintain our property’s appeal.
Reliable Shift Coverage: Arrive on time for each shift and follow our policy for shift changes to ensure consistent support for our residents.
Additional Duties: Step in to assist the Property Manager when needed and perform other tasks as assigned.
