Job Summary The Marketing and Public Relations Consultant Senior, with minimal supervision, assesses and proposes strategies. They manage complex product or function plans for Baylor Scott & White Health. Consults with Hospital Marketing Directors, Presidents, and System Senior Executives to set business priorities and market segments. Develops a plan for achieving these goals.
Essential Functions Of The Role
Evaluate market data, leading information, and financial data; create effective Marketing and Public Relations strategies to achieve business goals for each product or function.
Plan and manage the budget for implementing Marketing and Public Relations programs.
Guide designated team to plan, execute, and measure marketing and public relations efforts to help the organization accomplish business goals.
Serve as Marketing and Public Relations counsel to Business Leaders by providing market‑place evaluation, technical expertise, and problem resolution.
Convene System participants in each product to reach consensus on strategies.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree or 4 years of work experience above the minimum qualification.
Experience: Less than 1 year of experience.
