The NFL is seeking a contract employee to support the planning and execution of event presentation, show production, and entertainment logistics across the league’s tentpole events, with a particular focus on international games. This role will support the Super Bowl, NFL Draft, Pro Bowl, Scouting Combine, Hall of Fame events, and other major domestic and international events as needed.

The ideal candidate has experience in live event production and presentation, understands the operational and logistical demands of large-scale events, and is comfortable leading key workstreams within a highly matrixed organization. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, the ability to translate creative vision into executable plans, and confidence presenting to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning and execution of event presentation and entertainment operations across NFL domestic and international games and tentpole events

Serve as a key contributor to overall event planning, including run of show development, pre-event pageantry, creative content execution, talent management, rehearsal schedules, and on-site show logistics

Take a leadership role in assigned components of event presentation and entertainment operations, managing timelines, vendors, and onsite execution

Develop and manage detailed presentation schedules and run-of-show documents, ensuring alignment with broader event operations and production plans

Coordinate and lead planning meetings, site visits, rehearsals, and production calls; develop agendas and follow-up task lists to ensure accountability

Partner cross-functionally with Events, Media, Broadcast, Marketing, Sponsorship, Consumer Products, Club Business Development, and Communications to align presentation strategy with league priorities

Act as a liaison with NFL Media, broadcast partners, and external production vendors to ensure seamless execution of on-site presentation and media-facing elements

Manage talent logistics including credentialing, transportation coordination, scheduling, and on-site movement

Oversee onsite show execution, troubleshooting real-time issues and ensuring high-quality fan, broadcast, and stakeholder experience

Contribute to the development and management of event presentation and entertainment budgets

Develop and deliver clear, visually compelling presentation materials for internal leadership, cross-department partners, and external stakeholders

Provide operational and administrative support, including vendor coordination, contract support, invoicing, and scheduling

Support ancillary events and additional event presentation needs assigned

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in live event production, event presentation, or large-scale entertainment logistics

Strong understanding of run-of-show development, live production workflows, and on-site execution

Experience managing vendors, production partners, and creative teams

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Experience working cross-functionally within complex, matrixed organizations

Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate clearly with senior leaders

Demonstrated organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills

Proactive, collaborative self-starter with strong interpersonal skills

Ability to work long hours, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules

Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (~40%)

Terms / Expected Hours of Work

NFL employees are required to work 40 hours per week, with overtime as needed based on event schedules

The NFL expects to hire for this position near the middle of the range. Only in truly rare and exceptional circumstances, where an external candidate has experience, credentials, or expertise that far exceed those required or expected for the position, would the NFL consider paying a salary or rate near the higher end of the range.

$1,700 - $2,200 USD
