Large Account Underwriter

We’re seeking a seasoned Large Account Underwriter to manage complex multi-line accounts—including workers’ compensation, commercial auto, and general liability—while driving new opportunities with guaranteed cost, large deductible, and retro programs.
You’ll combine underwriting expertise with business development and client strategy, building strong relationships with national and regional brokers and agents, mentoring colleagues, shaping agency strategies, and delivering tailored solutions that make a measurable impact.
What You Bring:
7+ years casualty underwriting experience with an insurance carrier
Deep knowledge of casualty coverage, loss-sensitive structures, and underwriting mechanics
Strong broker/agent relationships and understanding of market trends
CPCU or ARM preferred; P&C license required or supported
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel as needed
