Breakout AI is an early-stage, seed-funded Gen AI startup backed by top Silicon Valley investors. We are building autonomous agents that can independently own different parts of the sales process. The future of the Sales team is 100x Sales Reps empowered by AI teammates which can autonomously own different aspects of the sales process. We're looking for a GTM Chief of Staff who's equal parts strategist and doer. You'll be our go-to person for making things happen across the entire go-to-market functionthink customer success, demand generation, branding and sales. This isn't a typical Chief of Staff role where you're just managing calendars and taking notes. You'll be in the trenches with the founders, driving real projects, solving real problems, and building out our GTM motion as we scale. What You'll Actually Do: Work directly with the founder and eventually the GTM leadership to figure out priorities, track what matters, and make sure we're executing well Depending on whats critical at that time, take up specific functions, build playbooks, hire the team and then hand it off to them. Own customer success and build a playbook for that. Jump into demand gen, sales enablement, or wherever else we need helpyou'll wear different hats depending on what the business needs Dig into our GTM data to spot what's working, what's not, and where we should double down Keep everyone aligned marketing, sales, CS and product from the lens of driving growth. You can explain complicated stuff simply and get people on board even when you're not their boss What We're Looking For: 3-5+ years in GTM-related roles (customer success, sales ops, biz ops, strategy, etc.) You've shipped complex projects involving multiple teams and actually gotten them over the finish line Solid with data tools and CRMs Experience building processes when there's nothing there to start with Strong writer and communicator Bonus points if you've been at an early-stage or high-growth company before Why This Role Is Cool: You'll get to build real GTM chops across the board while working super closely with the founders. Lots of autonomy, lots of impact, and a front-row seat to figuring out how to scale a GTM org.
