Senior Director Of Global Facilities & Site Operations
The Senior Director of Global Facilities & Site Operations will lead the strategic planning, management, and execution of facilities and real estate operations across all Adtran Holdings, Inc. corporate locations worldwide including all Adtran Subsidiaries. This role ensures that all sites, campuses and offices operate efficiently, safely, and sustainably while supporting the company's business objectives and employee experience. Key Responsibilities

Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred. 10+ years of progressive experience in facilities management in a global organization with facilities on multiple continents, real estate, or corporate operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Proven track record managing multi-site operations and teams across diverse geographies. Strong knowledge of building systems, health and safety regulations, and sustainability practices. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills in a multi-site, multi-cultural environment. Ability to travel internationally as required. Experience with workplace technology platforms and data-driven decision-making. Familiarity with LEED or other green building certifications. Strong project management and negotiation skills.
