Primary Responsibilities:
Act as a Sales & Marketing Associate (Leasing Consultant) with the following responsibilities:
Convert leads into community tours by following up with all prospects and providing helpful and compelling information about the community and neighbourhood
Conduct informative and personalised tours of the apartment community that result in new leases
Build brand loyalty by ensuring that the resident experience is consistently stellar
Generate awareness, interest and excitement via social media
Work weekends when prospective residents are out looking for their new home—three weekends per month with two days off during the week

Proficiency in leveraging social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, and a passion to create and deliver engaging and distinctive content.

This position is eligible for additional bonus opportunities.
Salary Range $50,000 – $52,000 USD
