Commercial Lines Account Manager

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. Compensation Package
Salary:
Up to $75,000 per year

Responsibilities
Provide general servicing and administrative support for commercial lines accounts
Manage and process Certificates of Insurance (COIs)
Handle client inquiries via phone and email, ensuring prompt and professional responses
Assist with chasing down necessary documents and maintaining accurate records
Quote new and renewal business to meet client needs
Utilize EPIC software for account management and documentation
Qualifications/Requirements
Licensure/Designations:
Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lines insurance within an agency setting
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in EPIC software preferred
Account Knowledge:
Generalist experience with a variety of account types
Skills:
Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
