Job Description
Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with self‑service banking transactions including mobile, online, and ATM banking. Process cash transactions efficiently and conduct deep conversations to understand clients’ financial needs and connect them with suitable solutions. Responsibilities
Execute the bank's risk culture and pursue operational excellence. Build and maintain relationships with clients to meet their financial needs. Follow established processes and guidelines to act in the best interest of clients and the bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations. Grow business knowledge and network by collaborating with experts in small business, lending, and investments. Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively. Drive the client experience. Manage cash responsibilities. Required Qualifications
Enthusiastic, highly motivated self‑starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results. Collaborates effectively to build and nurture strong relationships. Passionate about delivering an experience that improves clients' financial lives. Confident in identifying solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs. Communicates effectively and confidently, engaging all clients. Capable of learning and adapting to new information and technology platforms. Educates clients on simple banking transactions via self‑service technologies. Applies strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills to meet client needs. Follows established processes and guidelines, adhering to all laws and regulations. Manages time and capacity efficiently. Actively focuses on results while acting in the best interest of the client. Willing to work weekends and/or extended hours and travel to any suitable financial center location. Desired Qualifications
Experience in financial services and knowledge of industry products and solutions. At least one year of successful sales experience in a salary‑plus‑incentive environment with individual sales goals. Six months of cash handling experience. Bachelor's degree or business‑relevant Associate’s degree (e.g., business management, administration, finance). Skills
