Assistant Property Manager – Overview

Location Bexley at Whitestone, Cedar Park, TX
Pay Hourly rates starting at $23 per hour, with increases based on experience and quarterly bonuses.
Schedule Must be available to work rotating Saturdays and occasional evenings for resident events.
Responsibilities
Engage prospects interested in our communities; answer internet leads, phone calls, schedule appointments, and conduct community tours.
Process leasing applications, prepare lease paperwork, request security deposits, and obtain signed leases.
Provide excellent customer service to residents, handling renewals, notice to vacate, early termination, pet additions, unit transfers, and account inquiries.
Collaborate with maintenance staff; inspect apartments, confirm readiness, monitor property needs, and follow up on residents’ maintenance requests.
Create a welcoming experience for residents upon move‑in.
Assist residents during move‑out, process move‑outs, and manage security deposit dispositions.
Post rent payments and follow up on outstanding balances.
Plan, prepare, and host resident activities.
Lead the team, support training, and help achieve departmental goals.
Assist the Property Manager as needed.
