Yamaha has an exciting opportunity for a

Documentation Specialist II

in our Kennesaw, GA office. The ideal candidate will perform the functions necessary to document and book YCF transactions. Interacts with the Distributors, Direct Sales Staff, leasing customers and internal departments such as accounting and Yamaha Sales Administrators to coordinate transactions and handle daily functions.

What you'll be Doing:

Verify signed documents are completed correctly and meet all credit approval conditions. Pursue any missing documentation necessary to book transaction. Verify data in computer system. Maintain accurate status updates in regular intervals for all pending booking transactions in assigned territory.

UCC Filings – Files UCC-1 initial statements and UCC-3 amendments and terminations on all YCF transactions.

Equipment Serial Number Check – Input of serial numbers and verification against existing portfolio inventory. Verifies wholesale cost payoff amounts of units from Distributor flooring. Processes used car flooring requests in an accurate and efficient manner for assigned Distributors.

Responsible for generating other customer documentation as needed for transfer and assumptions and contract terminations.

Sends out copies with counter signature to customers and purges file of unnecessary documents.

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Requires college degree in related field or 4+ years of previous commercial leasing or financial service experience performing similar duties.

Must have experience with handling legal documentation.

Working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Past experience utilizing Odessa lease management software, SAP, Vertex tax software, and CSC UCC filing software is a plus.

Past experience with dealer floorplan financing is a plus.

Makes independent decisions regarding routine activities.

Must be able to work autonomously and in collaboration with others.

Most daily work is independently planned and implemented.

Determines signature authority and overall acceptability of contracts.

High level of accuracy, preciseness and attention to detail are essential.

Superior customer service/relations etiquette.

Ability to multi-task and have strong time management skills.
