
GTM Recruiter

We are looking for a Recruiter to handle full-cycle talent acquisition with a focus on GTM roles. You'll be hands on with sourcing, interview design, and closing, helping Instant attract the very best talent to our team. You'll partner closely with hiring managers on both the "who" and the "why" of building out their teams. Recruiting is one of the most important functions at Instant, especially within GTM recruiting.
What you’ll do:
Lead high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles at all levels - think roles like SDR, AE, AM, CSM, Enterprise Sales.
Work with teammates to ensure a delightful candidate experience, from the first conversation with us, through to each of your candidates' first day.
Sourcing - lots of it! Instant has a strong pitch when it comes to our product and growth, but we're still in the early stages of getting the word out. You wont just rely on inbound applicants. You’ll headhunt exceptional people to join Instant’s team.
Collaborating with leadership on strategic aspects of recruiting. Success in this role isn't just about filling requisitions, but also about quality of hire and designing effective interview processes.
What we’re looking for:
You have a stellar track record across 5+ years of business recruiting experience.
Strongly preferred: at least 2 years of in-house and/or early-stage startup GTM recruiting experience
You are in NYC and are excited about an in-person office environment (think 3-4 days per week). You'll be joining a team with a vibrant and creative culture, but you'll also be a part of shaping that as Instant grows.
You're an effective communicator in both written and spoken contexts.
You're an excellent interviewer, with an eye for talent that will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup - not just the most pedigreed applicant!
You prioritize candidate experience, and have helped shape that in your previous roles.
The compensation range for this role is $120K - $140K + equity.
