Trustpoint.One is pleased to partner with a respected tax-boutique law firm in their search for a Trusts & Estates Paralegal to join their team in Haddonfield, New Jersey. This is a unique opportunity to join a highly regarded firm with a longstanding reputation for excellence in tax, estate, and business law.This role is ideal for a seasoned Trusts & Estates professional - or an accounting professional/CPA with an interest in transitioning into the legal field—who is looking to work closely with experienced attorneys in a collaborative, high-level practice. The position is fully onsite (5 days/week) and conveniently located near public transportation. Position Overview: The firm is seeking a sophisticated and detail-oriented professional to support complex trust and estate matters from inception through completion. This individual will work directly with attorneys (no paralegal management layer) and will have the opportunity to grow into a mentorship role, helping to train junior staff over time.This role does not require billable hour tracking. Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of estate and trust administration Prepare estate and trust accountings Prepare and/or review fiduciary income tax returns Assist with estate and inheritance tax returns Support gift tax return preparation Communicate with clients and maintain strong client relationships Collaborate closely with attorneys on sophisticated tax and estate matters Qualifications:

7–10+ years of experience in trusts & estates, tax, or related practice area Strong experience with estate and trust administration and accountings Background in preparing income, estate, and/or gift tax returns CPA or prior accounting/tax preparation experience strongly preferred (but not required) High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage complex matters Why This Opportunity:

Compensation & Benefits:
