Human Resources Generalist with a Labor Relations focus

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: The Labor Relations Coordinator supports the administration of collective bargaining agreements and day‑to‑day labor relations activities. This role serves as a key liaison between management, Human Resources, and union representatives, ensuring consistent application of labor contracts, policies, and employment laws.
Management of multi-state (OH, PA, NY) labor relations work
Day-to-day administration of the Company’s collective bargaining agreements
Interaction with union leadership and management, interpretation of contract language, oversight of contractual wage increases, disciplinary investigation and resolution, and contract negotiation
Frequent travel to Company locations throughout Dayton, OH
Occasional travel to Company locations throughout PA and NY
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Business Administration, Human Resources or Labor Relations
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication and customer service skills
Ability to effectively manage competing priorities while maintaining a high degree of attention to detail, accuracy and composure
Strong attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and proven initiative, motivation and leadership abilities
Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to present data in a logical and concise matter
Strong
documentation, organization, and confidentiality
skills
Advanced level Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Prior experience supporting labor relations or employee relations in a unionized environment
Working knowledge of collective bargaining agreements

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: The base salary range for this position is $62,500 – $80,000.
This job posting contains a pay range, which represents the range of pay that National Fuel believes, in good faith, at the time of this posting that it might be willing to pay for the posted job. The specific base pay offered to a successful applicant will be based primarily on relevant professional experience. Other components that may be considered include: individual qualifications, licensures, industry specific experience, education and market demands for specialized skills. The pay range is subject to change at any time based on various internal and external factors. Exempt positions will also be eligible for an Annual Cash Bonus Plan.
