JOB SUMMARY We are seeking an experienced Integration Professional to design, build, certify, and deploy scalable B2B integration solutions supporting iTradeNetwork’s SaaS platforms. This role is responsible for executing end‑to‑end integration implementations for customers, manufacturers, vendors, and carrier partners, ensuring high‑quality delivery, adherence to standards, and on‑time execution. The ideal candidate brings strong technical depth across EDI, APIs, and connectivity protocols, along with the ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations and collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external trading partners. This position plays a key role in modernizing integration capabilities, reducing legacy systems, mitigating integration risks, and ensuring smooth transitions from implementation to production and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities:
Build, test, certify, and deploy integration solutions for iTradeNetwork SaaS solutions and applications.
Utilize the current integration tools to build reliable, scalable solutions for iTradeNetwork partners.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders on all aspects of integration implementations required to meet current and new functionality requirements.
Participate in the work required to reduce the number of legacy integration processors, systems, and tools and to maintain current functionality for integration solutions.
Develop and maintain relationships with trading partner peers and key internal stakeholders.
Manage integration implementation execution so that: implementation deliverables are of a high quality and meet stakeholder expectations; certification criteria are defined and applied; implementations are delivered on schedule and efficiently; deliverables are deployed, monitored post‑production, and turned over to client and internal support smoothly; policies, standards, and best practices are adhered to.
Report regular status updates on current assignments and projects, including monitoring escalated integration issues.
Collaborate with integration peers to optimize performance.
Proactively detect and evaluate integration‑related risks.
Guide implementations on best practices and standards.
Manage and execute multiple implementations concurrently.
Participate in various other tasks and projects as needed.
What you’ll need:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or IT, or equivalent experience.
5–7 years of hands‑on experience implementing high‑volume, near real‑time transactions for supply‑chain integrations.
Advanced problem‑solving, time‑management, organizational, and analytical skills.
Innovative, creative, and analytical ability, with multitasking capacity.
Strong customer‑service experience and business acumen.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels.
Ability to decompose complex issues into manageable components.
Experience handling challenging partner relationships.
Deep understanding of industry practices, company policies, and procedures; ability to resolve issues creatively.
Proficiency with TCP, HTTP, FTP/SFTP, SOAP, and REST connectivity protocols.
Strong skills with EDI X12 and EDIFACT, XML, XSLT, XSD, XPath, and Unix.
Hands‑on experience designing, implementing, and supporting API‑based integrations, including RESTful services and JSON payloads.
Capability to troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize integrations for performance, reliability, and scalability.
Knowledge of database design (Oracle, MySQL).
5+ years of direct B2B SaaS and partner application experience.
Experience with automated integration tools such as GIS Integration Server, Sterling B2B Integrator, and Axway B2Bi.
Experience with Agile/SCRUM and Waterfall methodologies.
Understanding of master data management, order, inventory, warehouse, logistics, and financial systems.
Technical analysis and documentation skills, including writing and maintaining integration knowledge‑base articles.
Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications:
Experience integrating within food‑service, retail, grocery, or broader supply‑chain ecosystems.
Familiarity with FSMA 204 and traceability/regulatory compliance initiatives.
Experience modernizing or migrating legacy integration platforms.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing for integrations.
