The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for a Sales Consultant to join our River Oaks Hyundai dealership. The role entails engaging customers, guiding vehicle selection and ensuring a positive sales experience.

Job Responsibilities
Assist customers who enter the dealership, answer their questions and help them select a vehicle that fits their needs.
Provide timely follow‑up and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Explain product performance, applications, benefits, and optional equipment to prospects.
Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring they understand operating features, warranty, and paperwork.
Keep abreast of incoming inventory, features and accessories.
Introduce customers to service department personnel to emphasize quality and efficiency of service.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
2+ years of sales or customer service experience.
Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent.
Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation skills.
Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, enthusiastic presence in a team environment.
Prior proven customer‑service or retail sales experience.
Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen in accordance with local laws.
18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy.
