Job Summary
The Marketing Support role provides administrative, coordination, and executional support to the Marketing team. This position helps ensure marketing initiatives, materials, and systems are organized, accurate, and delivered on time. The role works closely with internal teams and external partners to support branding, communications, and promotional efforts across the organization.
Job Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support for marketing initiatives, campaigns, and projects.
Assist with coordination and maintenance of marketing materials, digital assets, and brand resources.
Support content updates across internal and external platforms, including websites, intranet, and marketing tools.
Help track project timelines, requests, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.
Coordinate with internal departments and vendors to support marketing needs.
Assist with data collection, reporting, and basic analysis related to marketing activities and performance.
Support event logistics, trade shows, and promotional efforts as needed.
Perform general administrative tasks such as document organization, proofreading, and information updates.
Other responsibilities as determined by supervisor.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
1–3 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or administrative support role preferred.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products; familiarity with marketing tools or content management systems is a plus.
Collaborative mindset and willingness to support team objectives.
