Now Hiring: Business Development Executive (SDR) Wireless CCTV (WCCTV) is growing fast, and we’re searching for ambitious, competitive, headhunter‑mentality talent to join our Sales Development team.

Why WCCTV? We’re the U.S. operation of Wireless CCTV Ltd (UK), the market leader in rapid‑deployment, mobile surveillance systems powered by secure 4G LTE transmission.

What You’ll Do (Own Your Territory Like a Pro) You’ll be the engine behind our sales growth, partnering with our Field Sales Team to accelerate revenue. Your day‑to‑day includes:

80+ outbound calls daily to uncover needs and find the decision maker

Setting 12+ qualified sales appointments each month

Researching prospects through web tools, referrals, cold calling, databases & more

Keeping a full pipeline and smashing activity metrics

Tracking all opportunities in CRM with meticulous detail

Sharing competitive insights with Sales leadership

Joining internal sales training to sharpen your consultative selling skills

What You Bring

1–2 years of outbound lead generation or outbound sales experience preferred

Strong communication, prospecting, and relationship‑building skills

Ability to stay organized, focused, and self‑driven

Comfortable with MS Office, CRM tools, and lead‑gen platforms

Positive energy, competitive spirit, and goal‑oriented mindset

Ready to work onsite at our HQ in Richardson, M–F, 8am–5pm

$50,000 base + up to $20,000 bonus (OTE $70,000)
