Your role and responsibilities As a Business Sales & Delivery Leader in Business Applications, you are a seasoned leader with deep expertise in supporting both sales and delivery of enterprise application solutions. You shape complex engagements that span multiple domains and articulate integrated solutions that drive operational efficiency, customer engagement, and business transformation.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Drive Client Relationships: Build trusted client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to the development and sales of differentiated offerings. This involves establishing a deep understanding of client needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions that meet their goals.

Lead Solution Delivery: Lead and support billable client activities, drawing upon expertise in one or more of the Practices within the Business Applications Service Line to help clients grow, innovate, differentiate, and transform their businesses.

Shape Integrated Solutions: Articulate integrated solutions that drive operational efficiency, customer engagement, and business transformation, leveraging expertise in ERP, CRM, HCM, and experience platforms.

Participate in Sector Events: Participate in sector, solution, or community events to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

Drive Revenue Growth: Focus on delivering world‑class solution design, implementation, and optimization services to drive financial success in engagements directly managed and services revenue generation.

This job can be performed from anywhere in the US.

Required technical and professional expertise

Deep Expertise in Enterprise Application Solutions: Proven ability to support both sales and delivery of enterprise application solutions, with a strong understanding of ERP, CRM, HCM, and experience platforms.

Experience with Complex Engagements: Skilled in shaping complex engagements that span multiple domains, with the ability to articulate integrated solutions that drive operational efficiency, customer engagement, and business transformation.

Strategic Mindset in Solution Design: Experience in delivering world‑class solution design, implementation, and optimization services, with a focus on driving financial success and services revenue generation.

Certification in Business Applications: Expertise in one or more of the Practices within the Business Applications Service Line, with the ability to leverage this expertise to help clients grow, innovate, differentiate, and transform their businesses.

Experience with Client Relationship Building: Proven ability to build trusted client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to the development and sales of differentiated offerings.

Preferred technical and professional experience

Deep Understanding of Industry Trends: Familiarity with the latest industry trends and best practices in enterprise application solutions, including ERP, CRM, HCM, and experience platforms, to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

Expertise in Multiple Practices: Knowledge of multiple Practices within the Business Applications Service Line, enabling the ability to leverage expertise to help clients grow, innovate, differentiate, and transform their businesses.

Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex client needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions that meet their goals, driving operational efficiency, customer engagement, and business transformation.
