Surgical Services RN Director – Arkansas
Salary: $125,000 – $150,000 + Relocation Assistance
This is an excellent opportunity for a proven perioperative leader to oversee a high-volume surgical program within a 175-bed medical center. Reporting to the CNO, you'll lead operations across the OR, PACU, Pre/Post-Op, Outpatient Surgery, and Endoscopy, supporting a team of approximately 80 FTEs.
What You’ll Do
Provide full operational and clinical oversight of surgical services
Drive OR performance metrics including case volume, turnover times, and block utilization
Lead staffing, budgeting, and departmental operations
Ensure quality, compliance, and patient-centered care
Partner with leadership to improve efficiency and outcomes
What You Bring
RN license required
3+ years of Director-level experience
BSN required; advanced degree preferred
Strong perioperative background (OR, PACU, Pre/Post, Endoscopy)
Experience leading large teams (60+ FTEs preferred)
This role is ideal for a hands‑on Surgical Services leader who can drive performance, build strong teams, and elevate perioperative operations.
