Position Overview

Powerade is the #2 player in a highly competitive category where the leader is 5x the size in value and outspends us in marketing by +5x. Working alongside our sister brand BODYARMOR, Powerade exists to steal share from our main competitor by offering consumers MORE while growing the category. This Brand Manager role leads the execution of key brand initiatives while contributing to strategic planning. You will partner cross-functionally to bring Big Bets and always‑on programs to life, while identifying opportunities to drive brand and business growth. Powerade is seeking a Brand Manager who thrives in both execution and problem-solving. You will manage multiple high-impact initiatives end-to-end, while contributing to brand strategy through consumer insights, performance analysis, and market dynamics. This role offers strong visibility and the opportunity to build strategic and leadership capabilities in preparation for broader brand ownership. Key Responsibilities

Lead execution of annual marketing plans spanning Big Bets to evergreen initiatives with cross-functional teams and agencies. Lead annual innovation initiatives through the stages & gates process, contributing to concept development, positioning, and commercialization strategy. Translate consumer insights and business performance into actionable opportunities for brand growth. Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities in plans and proactively recommend solutions. Enable omnichannel brand experiences with Marketing Technology team and AI tools. Stay abreast of the dynamic digital ecosystem and pivot brand plans when needed. Collaborate with EPICS and IMX teams to ensure consistent, high-impact activation across brand assets and channels. Drive alignment across brand, bottler, sales, and technical teams to ensure initiatives are executed seamlessly across the system. Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Business required. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred. Related Work Experience

4-5 years of experience in brand marketing or product ownership in CPG. Strong experience in NARTD category is preferred. Demonstrated success in managing brand initiatives and cross-functional execution. Functional

Experience with Nielsen or IRI and other quantitative research tools. Passion for understanding consumer behavior to identify opportunities to develop brand plans and marketing tactics. Ability to lead cross-functional teams while manage multiple stakeholders and drive alignment across complex organization. Experience with pack and/or product innovation process spanning briefing, consumer & product testing through to execution. Exceptional organizational skills and

attention to detail , ensuring initiatives are executed flawlessly. Strong storytelling skills and experience evaluating creative output to ensure strategic alignment and consumer impact. Ability to operate in a

fast-moving, competitive environment . Compensation and Benefits

Pay Range:

$106,800 - $138,500 Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered. Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:

15 Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target. Location
