Internship Program Duration: 10 Weeks - June 1, 2026 - August 7, 2026 Pay: $20 Summary Our 10-week internship offers a comprehensive and immersive experience for students interested in gaining practical knowledge and skills in the banking industry. Each week, you will be exposed to different leaders and aspects of the line of business. You will have the opportunity to complete projects that will help you understand the day-to-day operations of a bank and develop a well-rounded skillset. Additionally, you will have the chance to receive guidance from experienced professionals in the field, participate in meetings, and network with other interns and associates. By the end of the program, you will have gained valuable insights, built a solid foundation in banking practices, and potentially set the stage for future career opportunities at First Horizon. First Horizon Bank is seeking an Events & Sponsorship Marketing Intern to support the Marketing team with planning and executing client-facing and associate event experiences and sponsorship activations. This role will assist with logistics, vendor coordination, RSVP and registration management, on-site or virtual event-day support, sponsorship fulfillment, trend research, post-event metric collection, and hands-on work within our meeting management platform, Stova. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in marketing and relationship management, is highly organized and solution-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment. They will collaborate closely with Marketing associates and cross-functional partners to deliver programs that align with our brand, marketing strategy, and business goals. Work schedule and number of hours worked per week (minimum: 15 - 25 hours) are flexible, within normal business hours. The Intern will learn and assist with the day-to-day duties of the Marketing Events and Sponsorship team, including: Key Responsibilities Assist with pre-event planning and set-up Assist with post-event follow-up and measurement Research and enablement Qualifications Full-time undergraduate student with anticipated graduation date between December 2025 and June 2027 GPA of 2.75 or above Previous Event Management experience required.
