Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure smooth customer experience Create transparent repair orders with accurate cost and time estimates Communicate with technicians and parts team to guarantee timely service completion Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicle Maintain strong product knowledge to assist with service needs and warranty information Qualifications
Previous experience as an automotive technician/mechanic High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record Excellent customer service skills Professional appearance and work ethic Must pass background check, MVR, and drug screening Benefits
