Position Overview
We are seeking detail-oriented and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Hotel Booking Specialist. This fully remote role supports clients with researching accommodations, coordinating reservations, and ensuring accurate booking details for a smooth travel experience.
This is an entry-level opportunity within the travel and hospitality space. No prior travel experience is required. Structured onboarding and ongoing training are provided.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with researching and selecting hotel accommodations based on preferences and travel needs
Coordinate and confirm hotel reservations, including dates, room types, and guest details
Respond to client inquiries regarding availability, pricing, and property amenities
Review booking information for accuracy and completeness
Maintain organized records of reservations and client communications
Provide follow-up support prior to arrival and after stay as needed
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
Comfortable using online booking systems and digital tools
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Customer service, hospitality, or administrative experience is helpful but not required
$40,000 - $65,000 a year
