Employee Benefits Account Manager (Bilingual)

Job Summary Seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Employee Benefits Account Manager

to join a close-knit team. The ideal candidate will be bilingual, possess a strong background in California benefits, and have a proven track record in account management. This is a remote position, with ability/willingness to travel for open enrollment meetings.

Compensation Package

Salary Range : $70,000 - $85,000 (depending on experience)

Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.

Responsibilities

Manage and service a portfolio of small to mid-sized accounts, primarily fully insured groups with occasional level-funded accounts

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly

Coordinate and attend open enrollment meetings, particularly in the Fresno area

Utilize software tools such as Microsoft Email, BenefitZone, Ease, and Rippling to manage accounts effectively

Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client service and satisfaction

Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies

Qualifications/Requirements

Language Skills : Bilingual proficiency required

Experience : 3-5 years of account management experience in the employee benefits field

Licenses : Active Life & Health (L&H) license in California

Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Email, BenefitZone, Ease, and Rippling

Location : Preference for candidates based in or near Fresno, CA, to facilitate travel for open enrollment meetings; remote candidates within California will also be considered

Travel : Willingness to travel for open enrollment meetings as needed
