Diagnostic Imaging Director – Miami, Florida Area
Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 (based on experience) + Relocation Assistance
This is a strong opportunity for an experienced Imaging leader ready to step into a visible, high-impact role within a 290-bed medical center. You'll have the autonomy to stabilize operations, strengthen team culture, and drive overall performance across the department.
What You'll Do
Lead all diagnostic imaging operations, ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance
Oversee staffing, scheduling, workflow, and departmental performance
Manage budgets, equipment, and inventory
Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction
Build and develop a team of approximately 50 FTEs with a focus on culture and retention
What You Bring
Minimum 1 year of Director-level Imaging leadership experience
ARRT certification required
Associate degree required
5+ years of overall imaging experience
Proven ability to drive operational excellence and team stability
Reporting Structure
Reports directly to the COO
