Investor Relations Senior Manager

DocuSign, Inc., California, MO, United States

Company Overview Docusign brings agreements to life. Over 1.5 million customers and more than a billion people in over 180 countries use Docusign solutions to accelerate the process of doing business and simplify people’s lives. With intelligent agreement management, Docusign unleashes business-critical data that is trapped inside of documents. Until now, these were disconnected from business systems of record, costing businesses time, money, and opportunity. Using Docusign’s Intelligent Agreement Management platform, companies can create, commit, and manage agreements with solutions created by the #1 company in e‑signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM).

What you’ll do As the Investor Relations Senior Manager on the (IR) team, you will operate at the intersection of strategy, story, and the capital markets. You’ll help shape the Docusign narrative for the investment community, our internal teams, and our customers as we transform our business in the age of AI to further our position as the category leader in the massive agreement management market.

This role is designed for someone who wants to make a leadership impact: driving our investor communication strategy, leading mission‑critical internal workstreams, and turning complex data into clear insight for investors and Docusign’s executive leadership.

You’re a strong fit if you possess: one part culture champion aligned with our five principles, one part self‑starting, gritty leader, and one part experienced pro with a blended background across buy‑side and sell‑side equity research, investment banking, or public‑company IR.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Vice President, Investor Relations.

Translate complex financial, product, and go‑to‑market topics into a clear, concise narrative

Lead cross‑functional collaboration with FP&A, Accounting, Legal, Comms, Product, GTM, and other partners
