Key Responsibilities: Lead the architecture, configuration, and deployment of SuccessFactors Talent & Recruitment modules. Design and implement integrations between SuccessFactors and adjacent systems such as SAP ERP and other third-party platforms using Mulesoft to ensure data consistency and process automation. Collaborate with technical teams to develop scalable, secure, and compliant HR solutions. Assist with good understanding of project schedules, costs, and resource management. Support end-to-end project lifecycle including requirements gathering, blueprinting, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Develop technical documentation, integration flows, and user training materials. Support system testing, troubleshooting, performance optimization, oversee system upgrades and perform data migrations. Advise stakeholders on SuccessFactors capabilities, best practices, and architecture considerations. Qualifications: 8+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors. Expertise in SuccessFactors Talent & Recruitment modules. Strong understanding of system architecture, integrations (SAP, Mulesoft), and middleware platforms. Strong hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and data mapping/integration. Experience in configuration, workflows, business rules, and permissions. Good understanding of managing project timeline, budget, and resources. Knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and reporting requirements. Knowledge of SAP HCM, S/4HANA, or similar integration tools is a plus. Exposure to HR analytics, dashboards, and large-scale HR projects Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. xywuqvp Preferred: SAP SuccessFactors Certification Mulesoft or Middleware Integration Certification.
