Role Overview We’re seeking a high‑performing Marketing Manager energized by the fusion of technology, creativity, and data. In this role, you’ll lead and scale Pisteyo’s marketing function by designing high‑impact strategies, activating AI‑powered campaigns, and positioning our brand as a trailblazer in the AI consulting space. You will architect and manage AI marketing agents, leverage automation to scale personalized engagement, and guide a modern brand through rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Full‑Funnel Marketing Strategy – develop and execute integrated strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and qualified leads through digital, content, and AI‑powered channels.

Leverage AI in Every Step – design, develop, and manage AI marketing agents that support lead generation, content creation, audience segmentation, social publishing, and customer journey personalization.

Campaign Creation & Management – build and run multi‑channel campaigns (paid, organic, email, social, SEO, events) using HubSpot, Canva, and Webflow. Test relentlessly and scale what works.

Content Strategy & Production – collaborate with internal consultants and AI tools to generate thought leadership content that speaks to innovation in AI, automation, and enterprise transformation.

Web & Digital Experience – own website updates and optimization via Webflow, ensuring a seamless user experience that reflects our value proposition and drives conversions.

Tool Proficiency & Efficiency – use Canva to deliver visually compelling branded assets; automate and manage marketing workflows in HubSpot; explore next‑gen tools to stay ahead.

Analytics & Optimization – monitor performance KPIs across campaigns and content, generate actionable insights, and use data to refine strategies and improve ROI.

Team & Vendor Collaboration – partner cross‑functionally with sales, consultants, and external vendors to align messaging and extend marketing reach.

Must‑Have Capabilities

A passion for AI, with hands‑on experience or strong familiarity with AI marketing tools (e.g., Jasper, Copy.ai, ChatGPT), automation platforms, and AI agent frameworks.

Demonstrated ability (or willingness to quickly learn) to design or orchestrate workflows that use AI agents to execute and optimize marketing functions.

Fluency with HubSpot, Webflow, and Canva for campaign execution, CRM integration, and brand consistency.

Proven success generating B2B leads and building marketing programs that scale.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

3–5 years of professional marketing experience, ideally in a B2B, SaaS, or consulting environment.

Strategic thinker with a maker mindset – able to think big, build fast, and adapt quickly.

Exceptional communication skills, creative storytelling, and a portfolio of campaigns or assets that demonstrate impact.

A data‑informed approach and comfort with performance metrics and experimentation.

Deep interest in AI’s role in shaping the future of work and marketing.
