We’re looking for a curious, analytical, and forward‑thinking
SEO/GEO Strategist
to join our team and help shape the future of search performance in an AI‑driven landscape. If you enjoy turning complex search data into clear strategies, experimenting with new approaches, and collaborating closely with clients and internal teams, you’ll feel right at home.
In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of classic
SEO, GEO optimisation , and emerging
AI‑based search
systems. You don’t need to be a developer, but a strong technical affinity and a natural feel for digital tools will help you thrive.
Your Qualifications
Experience in digital marketing with a focus on
SEO/GEO , at least 3 years
Solid hands‑on experience in
SEO
gained across different projects—ideally in an agency or consulting environment
Strong technical affinity and confidence in working with common SEO and analytics tools; initial experience with automation or AI tools is a plus
Interest in new developments in the search landscape (e.g.,
AI‑based search, LLMs, GEO )
German

Your Tasks
Strategic conception and operational execution of
SEO
and
GEO
strategies
Creation of technical and content‑related
SEO
audits, including the derivation of concrete actions
Keyword, topic, entity, and intent analyses, taking AI search mechanisms into account
Design and implementation of AI and automation workflows
Monitoring, analysis, and reporting of relevant SEO and GEO KPIs
within the context of the overall marketing strategy
Support of website relaunches, including technical SEO concepts, migrations, and briefing of relevant measures
Consulting and sparring with clients on
SEO, GEO, AI search, automation, and search trends
What you will have achieved after 6 months
You have independently taken ownership of multiple
SEO
and
GEO
projects—from analysis and strategy to operational execution—and have become a reliable point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
You have conducted technical and content‑related
SEO
audits and derived concrete, prioritized actions from them (including technical optimizations, content recommendations, and structural adjustments)
You have implemented keyword, topic, entity, and intent analyses in the context of AI search and LLM‑based search systems and translated them into robust
SEO/GEO strategies
You have designed or helped build initial AI and automation workflows for SEO analysis, monitoring, or reporting to make processes more efficient and scalable
