Mi Terro Care Socks is an AI-powered smart wearable that detects diabetic and gout foot complications 48 hours before symptoms appear. Our sensor-embedded socks continuously monitor temperature, gait, and pressure — alerting patients and care teams to prevent ulcers, falls, and amputations.

The Role We need a scrappy, data-driven growth hacker who can turn our waitlist into a movement. You’ll own user acquisition experiments, community building, and viral growth loops — finding creative, low-cost ways to drive app downloads and waitlist signups. This isn’t a “post and pray” role. You’ll run experiments, measure everything, and double down on what works.

What You’ll Do User Acquisition & Growth Experiments

Design and execute growth experiments to drive waitlist signups and app downloads (target: measurable week-over-week growth)

Build and optimize referral programs — “invite a friend” loops, ambassador programs, caregiver referral chains

Identify and infiltrate online communities where our users live: diabetes forums, gout support groups, elder care Facebook groups, Reddit communities, caregiver networks

Set up and manage paid acquisition tests on Meta, Google, and TikTok with small budgets ($50–200/test)

Scrape, research, and build outreach lists for podiatrists, endocrinologists, diabetes educators, and senior living operators

Community Building

Launch and grow a Mi Terro community on Discord, Facebook Group, or WhatsApp — a place where users, caregivers, and health-curious people engage daily

Seed the community with valuable content: Q&As with medical advisors, product sneak peeks, health tips, user stories

Recruit and manage 10–20 community ambassadors (diabetes advocates, health influencers, caregiver bloggers)

Organize virtual events: AMAs with doctors, live product demos, caregiver roundtables

Build partnerships with diabetes nonprofits, gout foundations, and aging advocacy organizations

Analytics & Optimization

Build a weekly growth dashboard (Google Sheets or Notion) showing experiment results and key metrics

Run A/B tests on landing page copy, CTA buttons, email subject lines, and referral incentives

Analyze which channels, messages, and audiences convert best — then scale the winners

Who You Are

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field

Growth mindset — you think in funnels, loops, and conversion rates, not just “likes”

Comfortable with data: you can set up a tracking spreadsheet, read UTM parameters, and calculate CAC

Resourceful and scrappy — you find hacks, not excuses

Strong written communication — you can write a cold DM that actually gets a response

Familiar with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, Notion, or Zapier

Bonus: Experience building online communities, running referral programs, or working in health/wellness

Bonus: Basic no-code skills (Zapier, Airtable, Webflow) for building growth automations

What You’ll Get

Direct mentorship from a 6x serial entrepreneur (2 exits) on growth strategy and startup operations

Real ownership — you’re not fetching coffee, you’re building the growth engine

Hands-on experience with paid ads, SEO, community building, referral programs, and funnel optimization

Letter of recommendation and LinkedIn endorsement upon successful completion

Potential equity or stipend based on performance and measurable growth milestones
